The Connector, The Cusper, The Solution Finder

I grew up watching The A-Team, Indiana Jones, super heros, and martial arts movies. As a kid, adulting seemed like it would be so much fun — like endless adventures, solving problems, and saving the day. Then I grew up, and it was't so fun. But that's because I was doing it wrong initially.

What I learned is this: when you focus on serving others first, success follows. Help enough people succeed, and you’ll find both wealth and meaningful relationships. The best part? When you build a life around lifting others, you never really have to "grow up" — instead, you create a life full of exploration, laughter, and shared adventures with like-minded friends.

I don’t dislike the work itself — I thrive in it — but, in the words of the Joker, "Why so serious?" I believe our careers can be like those childhood playgrounds — filled with imagination, faith, and determination.

The Cusper Mindset  

I was born at the end of a year, at the end of a decade, and near the end of a century — a true "cusper." I’ve witnessed massive leaps in communication, medicine, technology, politics, and social structures. This gives me a unique perspective — one that blends old-school wisdom with cutting-edge solutions.

A Career Built on Solutions  

I’ve never seen myself as just an employee — I've been a solution provider in every role. 

Here's how:

• In Private Security: I wasn’t just an HR Generalist; I became the glue that connected executive leadership to the front lines. I improved hiring by 400% and retention by 68% because I didn’t just see numbers — I saw people. I aligned leadership's vision with reality on the ground, which transformed processes and improved morale.

My Vision: Building for the Future  

I’m building Reconciliation Ranch (Recon Ranch) — a place for restoration and healing, particularly for those who’ve given so much of themselves in service to others. It’s a sanctuary where first responders, military veterans, and others can find peace, purpose, and renewal.

I’m also dreaming of building a world-traveling vessel — a ship designed to connect cultures, ideas, and solutions across the globe. This vessel wouldn’t just move people; it would inspire change — from cleaner fuel systems to coral reef restoration and sustainable solutions.

Why?  

Because I remember what the ocean used to look like — a rainbow of colors teeming with life. Too often now, it resembles a desert. I believe we can do better, and I’m determined to be part of that change.
